PRIMER NORMAL is universal concentrated acrylic fixative – premier water-based impregnation for indoor and outdoor use. Impregnates and fixes the prepared surfaces, levels the absorbency and provides excellent adhesive properties for subsequent materials. Before use, it is necessary to dilute with water by 500–800 %.
